Description:
One-piece cotton dress “striped” with inset bands or ruffles of ivory lace. The fabric has subtle printed pattern with khaki, ivory and grey in it; and two tiers of ruffle trim from center front neck to either side at waist, ruffles around neck opening, and three-quarter length sleeves trimmed at edge with ruffles. A mid-thigh skirt tier edged with ruffles and an underlying longer layer.
