Description:

State Extension specialist, tentatively identified as Bertha Titsworth, giving lesson to group of women on how to make a dress form. Original photo was not dated, but Bertha Titsworth did this kind of work from 1914-18. Here they are seen in the Home Economics Building as identified by the rug.
